Dusty Robot is an independent creative studio based in the heart of Los Angeles. Originally started by a small group of creatives in search of a break from the politics of big-agency life, DR has since expanded to include a roster of top-notch designers, writers and programmers. Our strong backgrounds in interactive, traditional advertising and social media make us a well-rounded bunch while our mutual and insatiable thirst for all things pop-culture, makes us wanna hug it out.

Here at Dusty Robot, you’ll find that we’ve combined our big-agency experience with a small-studio mentality. What does this mean for you? Well, for starters, it means we’ve gotten rid of the high overhead cost and bureaucratic nonsense that usually come with a larger firm. And it means that you’ll really get to know the team members working on your project. It also means that we can turn things around a lot faster. We can do more with less time. Because we’re nimble. Like ninjas.

You may be wondering about our name, Dusty Robot, and while its origin is a well-kept secret, we assure you that there is nothing robotic about our work. Members of our team have been recognized by some of the most illustrious shows and publications in the industry including Communication Arts, the Cannes International Advertising Festival, the One Show, the Webby Awards and the Addy Awards. There are no big egos here though, only big ideas. And a really big robot mascot.
